Apparently my driver's training instructor was with a girl who had aced the written exam but didn't realize what park in an automatic car was,so as a joke they told her yeah when you go to pass this guy if you throw it on p you will automatically pass and the car gets over for you etc.. it was like an 02 Ford focus so it was just a super clear like lie right? Nope she threw it in park the second she hit 95. The instructor said you could hear the transmission hit the pavement which made it almost stop entirely in the road. Yes they had a secondary brake and he kept his job surprisingly.
