It wasn't just a 'bit' creepy. It was absolutely creepy. He was transformed into a rotting dragon corpse. And the music was literally a funeral march kicked up a notch. But I absolutely love this version! This is going to sound weird, but I love funeral music.
Nice work, dude. I like your use of different instruments for certain sections of the arrangement. If I can offer some advice, don't be afraid to add to or change certain aspects of my arrangement for your videos. Back when I wrote this, I did so with the aspects and limitations of the piano (and my own experience) in mind. In your case, you have the qualities and strengths of many instruments at your disposal so don't be afraid to add/change a note, chord, dynamic shift, accent, or what have you to really give this some extra expression and uniqueness. Keep it up!
Thanks man! And yes you're right, I should really play and experiment more with the arrangement to make it even more unique. I"ll definitely be working on that in the future.
Is it possible to make a slower, even more melancholic version of this rendition of at what cost? I would PAY to listen to that! :) One with weeping violins and the whole 9 mine yards? :)
Imagine if in the final battle you had to fight against a deformed body of Sitri after aelfric did the ritual. Burkett would have to fight against his mother
"Whoa! That lady looks real dead, pal!"
