I've checked this theory by comparing the stories of news events in different newspapers to find almost identical wording in each article. So, you aren't going to be reported correctly, ever, because their so-called "reporters" don't have those skills. They are political goons, masquerading as reporters. If you meet a reporter, the best thing to do is run away.

Right. It's not so much the 'fake media' as the 'alternative facts' media. They pick and choose what to cover, leaving out an inconvenient fact or two. Therefore you have to pick and choose what to follow and what to allow. Most of us don't have time to do this, so we end up discarding all news as irrelevant. 'It happened, but did it really happen?' Everyone, including news organizations, are limited by their point of view, but in my life I don't recall news that's so blatantly biased as that in the present generation. What's different now is that there doesn't seem to be any attempt to get at the basic facts--only the facts that support a point of view. At least that's the way it is here in the USA.
