I actually found myself not moving enough during my day and I started doing some light stretching for work. It definitely helps motivate me and makes me feel loads better when I do.
the worst thing is to wake up and drive to school and it's still dark. In Germany it is dark until eight o'clock in the morning and at 5 o'clock in the afternoon it is completely dark again in winter . I hate it😩
This is awesome, after having heart attack 3 days after my 40th 2017 I’ve been looking for improvements in my life. I now wake up and walk 5 kms each morning with my beautiful wife. Now looking at other changes and routines this is a good idea thank you so much.
I am so jealous of everyone who manage to have a good morning routine. Over here my kids wake up several times each night and think it's morning at 5, and I need every minute of sleep until then to function. I have a evening routine instead, if I don't fall asleep when I put my kids to bed. Love your mornings routine, it looks so awesome!
Yes you're right Joyful Living. Most of these people with morning routines do not have children. I've not slept for over 3 years! Haha Every night and every morning is different so there is no routine the only routine is no sleep. Rant over 😂

I have an Amazing smoothie for u! I First descovered it from a sweedish influencer! 1 avocado 1 handfull of spinitch 1 Banana 1 dl of mango (frozen) And Lemon juice from a lemon 1 dl of Water It tastes so fresh and Amazing. And the avocado just makes it so cremy.
Just a friendly reminder you can do whatever you put your mind to! Don’t compare yourself to others be a better you for you! At the end of the day you are the only one who controls your own happiness and goals! ❤️

These are such great tips! I just recently got back into my morning routine with drinking warm lemon water and setting the mood for the day in my journal, makes a HUGE difference in the productivity of my day 🙌🏼 Also, your golden spoon is a dream, haha!

Hi rachel not sure if you wanna discuss this in a video but have you ever taken anti-depressants for your anxiety or are you currently practicing mindfulness or seeing a naturopath or what health professionals have you seen? Ie:- Psychologists etc
I did a long time ago but my depression was quite circumstantial so once I changed my whole life and left behind the negative impacts I no longer needed the meds. I also saw a psychologist for a while
I loved the journal book what sub sections did you write in the boxes? Love that idea definetly going to get a book. Is there a specific book I should get to write in? Xxx

I love green smoothies! I've been drinking them for a few months and I just have so much more energy now
