cleaning a milk plan 60 gallon bulk tank

Here is a video on cleaning our bulk milk tank.
I had a bunch of questions after posting this to my milk groups. So here are some answers!
This is a 60 gallon milkplan bulk tank
(They come in a variety of sizes)
The cleaning process takes about 10 minutes.
After the tank is empty :
Spray out with warm water.
Add cleaner and hot water
Scrub the inside of the tank (I use this brush and a washcloth to get all parts clean)
Rinse
Milk stone remover/Acid rinse (I do this every other time)
Rinse
Sterilize with liquid chlorine sanitizer
Rinse
Remove butterfly valve
Clean/sterilize valve with hot soapy water and chlorine sanitizer.
Let it all air dry.
Done!

Beautiful milk house... How long does it take for the unit take to cool the milk below 40°.

Depends how much milk is put in there at one time. Anywhere from 1-1.5 hr
