The fact that the over-grown child that abandoned his duties to chase fame & money gets an award from a foundation named for an American hero pisses me off so much! There is a rich history of military service including a cousin that served in the first Gulf War. He saw his best friend killed in front him (in a way that is not suitable to mention here). I can't really explain how it completely changed him. He also suffered with Gulf War Syndrome that almost caused him his life. For this spoiled, arrogant & entitled brat to even be in the conversation for such an award is beyond infuriating!

It’s hard for me to reconcile Harry’s weakness with his bloodline. He may be disappointed to be “The Spare,” but Harry is not tough enough - mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally - to be “The Heir.” Thank heaven that is William’s role. Neil Sean has said H had a melt down panic attack back stage cause he thought he would get boo'd so espn filmed audiences ahead of time in case they needed it. I also heard those veterans who were on stage were last minute people brought in to give H support while on stage-makes sense if you look at how the 2 ladies looked during his speech.

I also don't think most people who don't work in marketing or PR understand that ARO is NOT Meghan's venture ALONE...it is being powered by Netflix and THEY will make her website successful. People have been trashing it for months but all the while, that brand is getting recognition. It takes very little to be successful selling homegoods and she has the TV show to drive advertising and people will buy!!! I desperately want this to fail, but people will watch that show and she will sell stuff. But it's because of Netflix driving the strategy not that no talent grifter. Maybe it won't last long term but initially she may be very successful.

There are ways to tease a launch but not the way she did it. If September is launch period then you’d start seeding press releases in July and ramp up each week till the launch period.

The real reality of the situation is that nobody is more important or ‘special’ than anyone else!! And despite my liking of certain members of the royal family, I’m by no means deluded enough to ‘forget’ the thousands of years of history that I was schooled in during my whole school erm, experience (and I’m in London and went to school here from the age of four)!! The royal family is the royal family because, ultimately, they fought and took over great swaths of land and imposed their ‘rule’ by oppression and violence. You can argue for as long as you like, and come at it from any angle humanly conceivable, but the facts will always remain the facts!! So in the most simple and minutiae absent manner I can think of, the bottom line equation/ fact is: royalty/ rule = the biggest army and ability to suppress dissent or challenge to whoever the ruling ‘clan’ is!! When you think about it, what authority exactly, decrees that one particular family has outright ownership of all lands, and the authority to demand and collect taxes etc, and decree the rules and religious doctrine of the inhabitants of said territories!!? The answer to that is, none whatsoever!! They probably don’t even teach proper history in the schools anymore, but they certainly did when I went through the curriculum!! Hearing all about the mud huts of Gall , and even further back to the Stone Age.
So, in conclusion…no, they’re not special or different from any of the rest of us. But as I said, I appreciate certain aspects of the overall thing, and have genuine feelings about certain individuals!!
Now I’m thinking about it, just flicking through the Rolodex of information regarding the whole thing, it’s even more galling the way Harry conducts himself!!
