I like to take jabs at him once in a while too. Jeff is the real deal. I believe he is a mechanic with his own shop. He sat a some time and learned how to play guitar. And is an educated geologist. I saw him on a big box show shot a few years back where he was called in to verify something. He's quite an interesting guy and I'll bet Nevada Jack knows Jack too.

Hello Jeff, Nevada Jack, and Slim... Man I really love your show and how entertaining you'll are. I'm extremely amazed at the incredible knowledge base you have with Geology, mining, and the historical events and how things used to function. I could and do literally watch your videos for hours, in fact as my wife watches things like Entertainment tonight, House Wives of whatever, and In The Next 48, I'm in on my computer watching your videos.... so thank you so much for all of your shows... and yes I'm a Proud Patreon Member whose not afraid to get wet out there.
Really good advise about the assay lab: I know spots with lots of crucibles, but never thought to look for discarded silver or gold. I just assumed they would have turned in the buttons or kept them as graft from the job. As such, I have come home with the crucibles and maybe left behind previous metals. Near old mines, I also find quite a bit of melted tin/lead which I recently figured out is called babbitt. Looks just like a puddle of melted silver or platinum. It gets the heart beating faster every time.
I could watch you two all day..Just cant say how much I enjoyed your class today, Sunny Jim..And the person on camera did a SUPER job on the filming..Most Outstanding job Son...Think Ill watch it one more time Thanks again............JB..............
I live Arizona, in a heavily mined area. While quail hunting I run into all kinds of stuff left by the miners and way to often I end up scratching my head as to what it is and why they dug in this specific place. I really appreciate all the things #askjeffwilliams has taught me in such a short time, despite the silliness. Thank you Jeff
You as well, Josef. Your kind words are appreciated. Our best wishes to Russia as we all navigate the unknown these coming months. America stands with you. Soon enough that will be on the other side of this situation with, hopefully, the least possible impact upon every human.

On Streetview last year I stood at a place & remembered a pre-1900 train crash that went through a school; As often happens after a disaster, they later re-named the road, but I remember; Gold! over there, A Wall of Gold!. I was thinking about this yesterday when the gold sluicing linked word BERM popped up.
The knowledge that Mr Jeff brings to the table is amazing! Thank you Mr Williams. I will start hunting for the elusive material the day this ankle jewelry is removed per Washoe County. 😅😆
Court Anderson that's quite surprising to me because it looks like it's a commander side and cool for us and decide which is the perfect rock that came of geological.
Nice Video Jeff and Jack... That hill/ mountain behind you at around 8:37 mark I found an old tin AAA road sign from the 30's in a wash... Ive done some mercury ball mill mixing from that spot a few years back :)...
Loved this one Jeff - good to see Nevada Jack banging around too. Guessed the Stamp Mill because that where stuff is flying all over when they smash the rocks - got to be stuff that flew out and lost - well, my theory anyway. ooooh love that desert rain smell - to die for.
Hi sir. My mom threw away my sluice box 5 years ago. I got back into gold mining for many reasons, but I got my new sluice box today because of you motivated me to start again. Especially with this economy and at least I can get away an go to nature and redwood Forest. Best sir. From California.
