I have been a sultai Nissa deck for awhile now. No Gadrick, route, or Burrower because those hadn't come out yet. Mine centers around abusing the massive mana ramp so I can cast multiple cards from the opponents graveyard with mnemonic betrayal. I also run Liliana. Very fun deck.
It only works on the actual target that has a wide board, and it might require a blood sacrifice. It's a card with counterplay that still sees wide use because of actual good design.
Whoever thought up Nissa was drunk. It is almost immediately too big for aggro after plussing. You can go face, but they have a 3/3 and next turn a gazillion lifelink from Krasis. The additional mana is really the thing they should have removed during playtesting.
Is Circuitous Route forgotten? I basically only play unranked and brawl lately and I wouldn't say it's uncommon to come up against... or maybe it's just me. I was playing pioneer on MTGO tonight as well (Threw together mill for like $5!!!) and I saw a few people playing it there as well. (Mostly I mention it just because I want to say I was playing pioneer mill. XD)
Nissa + Krasis (Gadwick) = VALUE, they are probably the best cards on standard right now Cassualties is probably the most versatile removal right now, love that card, hate to see it
I tried that. It’s ok. I was hoping the double strike would prompt two sets of tokens being generated. Sadly, my most assuredly amateur wish did not come true. And thus, embercleave krenko was retired to the annals of my deck menu.

How da fuck every time I play this deck in standard ranked, EVERY TIME the opponent have the perfect opening hand ???? Are players hacking somehow, choosing what to have for and opening ? If its red - all the 1 mana shit creatures+calamity. If its black - all the op 1 mana shit creatures or all the discard fucking cheap cards. If its blue - all of the bouncing/counter/flash/surveil cheap cards. If its white - all the life gain + flyers. AND ALL OF THAT BEFORE MY TURN 4. What the fuck is this????????????
The meta is full of one droppers and embercleave bc the 2 mana counter spells that ppl abuse and the simic flash make it impossible to play 100's of other awesome cards, Im sick of it so now I use ebon, drill bit and knight crusader to give me a chance against these awfull counterspelling decks. I tried to make a wolf deck but requires to much mana and they keep counter spelling it, Basically the meta is destroyed because the only way to combat counterspells is quick one droppers. disaappointing

Just at this standard: 1.Mega ramping. 2.Mega card drawing. 3.Mega healing-mega dmg also. 4.Best creatures(low cost,with alot of abilities,trample,haste,deathtouch,hexproof,uncountreble,vigilance,reach,ETB,flash,card drawing... etc etc etc) 5.Best removals(removals wich can destroy and target anything) 6.Best mechanisams per format-food combos,lucky clover deck always go green. 7.Best PW ,entering with high number of counters,doing realy strong and synergistic things. 8.Great graveyard - combos,and cards "return xxx CARD to your hand-libary" Simple no weak spot at all... and 3 of green cards are recenty banned - to balance meta...

That play at 32:11 was very unfortunate. He had the whole board, with you on three life....i think he wanted to avoid the discard from the dino....

green was really weak in M19 standart, so we have comeback
