The VDV are not that heavily armed, each squad has like 3 to 4 dismounts, entire companies have the numbers of platoons, and their IFVs are too lightly armored to be worth much against even small arms, but any heavier and they wouldn't be airlift capable.@@USAshouldbetrayNATO
