I took a look at your decklist and I'd love to share some ideas. Hour of Promise - It gets any two lands out of your library to the battlefield, and synergizes well with the deserts-matter theme by providing Zombie tokens. Inspiring Leader - I'm not sure if this one is on MTGO yet, but it buffs your creature tokens so long as you control Hazezon. Cabaretti Charm - Useful for removal, breaking parity and getting damage through. Divine Visitation - The deck seems to be soft to flyers, so making your tokens into Angels could mitigate that. Nesting Dragon - Same here. Also just extreme landfall value. Valakut Exploration - Useful for turning dead topdecks into "draw". Also functions as extra damage. The Restoration of Eiganjo - This is one of those cards people seem to be sleeping on, but it's deceptively powerful. It fetches a Plains, has a mini-Sun Titan effect, and then turns into a token maker. That's all I got, I think. You have a pretty tight list already, but I hope I've provided a few suggestions that'll get your creative juices flowing. Thanks!
Reminds me of my changeling tribal deck, which is basically just a pile of janky Lords held together by the superglue that is changeling. I try to stay away from basic +1/+1 in favor of unique tribal effects, so it gets pretty weird.

Fall of the Thran, Armageddon are good options to blow the lands up. You'll want to make sure you have some sort of extra graveyard land plays at your side too. Crucible of Worlds and Ramunap Excavator. Then! Make sure you have token amplification in there. Parallel Lives and Anointed Procession. You want to make sure you have a win condition to go for after blowing lands up.

I have a "tribal tribal" Jodah deck. All the creatures are legendry tribal leaders and you try to get Maskwood Nexus out.

Natural Balance and Tectonic Break are insane with Hazezon. You just set them up to blow up your deserts and leave everyone else worse off.
