I cannot STAND Julie, she just had the attitude all the time that she either didnt really care, choose to not listen to advice from the chefs or just had this ego that she couldn’t drop
I doubt she’s really that bad. It’s important to note that she was on season 1, where they were mimicking the US version. All the demeanors were vastly different in season 1, including the judges. The show didn’t really develop its own identity until the second season.

Julie is the EXACT definition of a "Pick Me" girl. She's my least favourite contestant in the whole show. Legit can't trust her at all. I wonder if she's the same backstabber in IRL
@@anstoles She's actually really bad. She's legit the only bad one in season 1. No one was that intolerable for that season. Her cooking is good but DAMN HER attitude is soo nasty. Rude and a backstabber
I can NEVER agree with these judges in eliminating Daniel on that baked Alaska. Julie had raw flour inside the presented dessert. This was absurd to keep Julie in and get Daniel out.

exactly, Danielle had so much potential and she could've done so much better or even in advance knowing her previous performance. It should have been a consideration on her, having Julie to stay with that kind of attitude is not so masterchef-like.
Oh it made me mad too! Julie didn't deserve to make it like she did!
I don't know about you guys, but it's always funny to me when I know which season it is based on Thea's eyebrows.

I really thought it was just her eyebrows that changed in the new season but the more i look at her, i realized her facial features changed a lot. Cheeks and lips look fuller than usual. The nose changed and botox is noticeable. She ruined herself
UNMIXED Flour would have been the end of her, if she was on Master Chef US.

I find it funny that the overly-dramatic season 1 bleeped out curse words, but the following chill & genuine seasons were letting F-Bombs fly left and right.

It's funny how I've seen everything thousands of times by now but whenever some new compilation with some oldies is up, I take my time to watch the whole thing
damn michael was sooo detailed looking at Thea’s and Jeremy’s steaks, they looked very similar

At 12:18 he talks about how he should be good on time because his potatoes are cut "really small" but they appear to be cut into quarters, MAYBE eighths if they were large potatoes but regardless, not at all what I'd call a Small Dice, let alone a Really Small dice.
he didnt say they were diced, he said they were cut small - Which given the size of the potatoes they were using, yes they were small
i never really questioned this but why was there a balloon on Cryssi’s station?
If the sphere didn't work, they could use the balloon to shape the mold
I went on a date with my gf to a Italian restaurant and I just had to try scallops since I'm a huge fan of this show
I was not prepared for the saltiness, sweetness and fishyness of the scallop served with a bernease sauce
10/10 would eat again

idk why Cryssi didn't just open the mold and add a lil more when she first saw it wasn't enough
I always wondered how can you tell if the sauce split?
Normally when they split they curdle up and they take on a clumpy texture instead of a smooth sauce

@@KaylaJohns-di5zd Generally the taste should be the same- it's the texture that really gets you, especially if you're expecting a smooth and rich-textured sauce like hollandaise
why did julie not just scoop up that flour. It takes like 15-30 seconds to re-mix

mathew was lucky his station was the closest to the presentation table if not he would have been elimated , it aint fair that some people station is closer and further when needing to present
