You cant, Origianlly you cant revive dinos ever since, the idea of reviving the dinos from implant to the revival platform is only exclusive to the old Ark Mobile by Groovestreet

Los dinos y los mapas ya están en el código del juego solo que aun no los lanzan por temas de optimización pero como es un port los dinos ya estan
with godconsole you can summon all creatures coming up in 2025 too for example extincion dinos, genesis and yeah also crystal isles and ragnarok
