To me, staying at a job for decades just shows me that you only like to do what you're comfortable with. You're afraid to get out of your comfort zone. And anybody can do your job it doesn't make you special just because you stayed at one job for long. I actually believe that the more experience you get in different jobs, the better of a worker you are because you like to learn new jobs, new skills, new perspectives. Job hopping is the true talent. Sitting at one job for over 10 years makes ppl want to kill themselves

You are spot on!. In fact, the modern workplace requires adaptable workers. And there isn't a more adaptable workforce than the job hoppers!
