Originally Telangana mutton la Black cardamom, Javitri eyyaru. The spices are very simple to retain the mutton taste as much as possible. Tamataalu definitely eyyaru - lemon is squeezed while eating. Also shajeera is a must in mutton - put it in oil with yaalakulu etc. Otherwise a good clean recipe.
