you are correct. It is not cheap but yet, you are in Cancun. You probably make very good money or have existing wealth. I will be living east of Puerto Escondido in about 4 years when I retire. I hope to find very cheap living (less than $500/month). I know it can be done much cheaper than $1000/month. Thanks for sharing, kiddo!

Good morning NIna! I love your place! Beautiful. The view from your apt. is wonderful and the pool and super cool! :) I like the fact that you can bbq there as well. Ha! I have a new oven and have never used it yet either :) I didn't know your place was so big! & $1000/750 USD per month? Wow! Most anyplace else in the USA that would be at least $3,000/month or more! Enjoy!

There is no roof because of tropical storms and hurricanes will blow it off or it happend already.
