To be fair, yellow crosshair on yellow contrast enemy might get blurry. I would recommend cyan crosshair for a yellow outline. It's just a contrast rule; those two are opposite on the color wheel.
the default TAA settings are so blurry in this game and if you don't have an nvidia card you don't have dlaa or dlss to fix that blurry look in the game (especially motion blur thanks to the temporal frames!) to fix this you can edit the engine ini and pick your own TAA settings. i use these but you can also completely turn it off by using current frame weight 1 [SystemSettings] r.TemporalAACurrentFrameWeight=0.8 r.TemporalAAFilterSize=0.6 r.TemporalAASamples=2 r.TemporalAASharpness=0.0
for the swap camera effect. a play I have been making a bunch is having a spectre on a specific point on A and a very specific point on B it works on most of the maps and if you swap between spectres you can actually see mid very clearly as you go back and forth to your spectre. its a strat I made up myself so I am still trying to find the perfect spots on commons. and while you cant see actual people when swapping you can still see utility just for info purposes
Great video! I'm a bit shocked that you prefer minimap not rotated and player not centered. I always keep both on because it helps me stay oriented and helps with minimap refragging. But to each their own I guess.
For the swap camera effect, having it on doesn’t that allow you to “pseudo peak” without exposing your location or putting yourself in danger? I noticed the is last night, I was able to call out to my team locations of 2 guys by swapping and paying attention during the transition Could be something interesting to play around with

@TH-cam_CHRIS it'sa way to compare sens within the same game. you multiply dpi and in game sens. if you put in a mouse sens converter It'll show your cm/360 edit: how are you aware of cm360 but not edpi lmao
I was going to ask this too, I think the ideal crosshair color is the one that contrasts most with the game environment and the enemy highlight color. I have yellow enemy highlights and I use a cyan crosshair. Red would also work, but yeah yellow crosshair would be harder to see.
Weirdest settings at least for me :D Crouch on Mouse2 ADS on CTRL, turned off visual hit confirm just made me mad :D Overall usefull informations, just that visual hit confirm feels for me like i should have it turned on, you can see hits when you are trying to wallbang someone trough box, wall or just shoot into smoke.
I’ve tested this, there is no optic hit confirm when banging through walls. It will only glow upon kill. There’s a hit marker indicator that shows up when it’s off still. The only time the reticle will glow is if the target is within view
Whenever I am playing I normally sit on 60-70 ping, but once someone starts shooting (even if it’s not me and I can’t see them) my ping will spike to 80 or so and it becomes hard to aim and move. Is there any settings fix that could help this lag? I don’t have access to an Ethernet cable either.
nice ping you get there brother, im getting around 100-110 on normal spiking upto 150. Just be happy with what you have its still a week of game release.

you focus on enemies at close range, and your crosshair at long range, thats how depth perception works.

Try finding out if ‘read only’ box is checked in properties tab where its (the game settings file) saved.
