Glad you're here still. I've been listening to After The Burial since 2010. My favorite ATB album would be Wolves Within the most, although I love all of their albums to.. Great reaction, they have two new songs out now. Can you check out, Ooze by Omen Cootie Pool. Those were my early days... It's like experimental/industrial metal.
Am I missing something? I'm definitely missing the things you are liking in this song. I don't get Spiritbox either though. It feels like a generic song that only speaks to... I was going to say hardcore fans, but I'm not even sure about that. I realize I'm sounding like that TH-camr called Metal Meltdown, so I'll just stop.
Nah I don't blame you. Besides the badass breakdown, improved vocals, and a different chord progression/riff that I haven't heard ATB play before, it's pretty solid!
If it sounds generic to you it's because these guys set the standard. Forging a Future Self taught bands of the day how to properly do underground metalcore, with Rareform showing how to really make djenty metalcore work. These guys are the standard bearers of the genre.
0:49 i love how you just instantly vibe with this riff like you didn’t even have to think about it ! ❤ same here lol
🥰🥰amazing
Great review dude
