If you are doing rank and rent (so trying to rank a local site to then rent it to someone, but I don't have a physical location), what would you use for NAP data for the embed in Kevin's PBN? Just pick any random location in the area for the embed and NAP data?
youre the best local seo jacky! this shit works, I have 3 local sites on page 1 with this technique + EMD's. after the citations index, the sites will have a DR of 5-10, which is more than enough most not too competitive geos and services.

So then when the citations link to you, they are sending you that anchor text juice from the pbns even though your ancho text from citation to site is just your url?

We are looking to see how many leads the site can generate for August. Do you think I will eventually capitalize on this site? From my calculations the site could be worth 30 to 300 cad /mo depending on # of leads / mo
Some pbn links sell for like $20 each, so is there a way to evaluate the effectiveness of a pbn gig before ordering to know if it's worth $20 or if it's worth 1000/th of $33? I'm assuming the cheapest ones have a ton of other links on the page compared to the more expensive ones?
