I don't see a vent. What is the layout? Does that vertical down into a horizonal line via a 90 or a T-connection? and does it have a vent in it? I heard you need a vent but looks like it's doing good.

Is that a stream fed pond? Or is it supplied just from rainwater runoff?

Rain water run off, watershed is about 2 1/2 acres. Once the rain and or snow melt has stopped the pond will evaporate and of course natural seepage the pond level will go down.
