I like to remove the seat and hood, and the fan and shroud. Takes very little extra time and saves you a tonne of aggravation when trying to squeeze the new radiator back in. Also gives you a good opportunity to examine the fan and belt, and water pump, replacing them if necessary. Good video!!
I agree, it does save a lot of back pain and unnecessary leaning over. I just personally like to remove as little as possible. Thanks for the advice 👍🏼👍🏼.
is there a coolant reservoir anywhere? does the circle with the water in it pop up when the coolant gets low? i found a jug under the hood that looks like its part of the cooling system but idk if its actually a coolant reservoir or if its something else. and yes its empty. 8fgcu30 to be exact
@@theforkliftguyHey, it doesn’t matter the color , right? I bought pink/red Toyota coolant50/50, is it good ?And my forklift mode is 5fgc30, the coolant leaks so I can’t find out what color is it lol😂

Yes, it has a clear plastic reservoir.
@@theforkliftguy cool thanks. i saw some other videos and one guy called it the coolant overflow so now i know where its at.
Very helpful videos man. Thank you
My pleasure!
We’re where can you buy autozone?
No, auto zone doesn’t sell this. Reach out to your nearest Toyota dealer or online with a forklift parts supplier.
What does this service cost?
Around 2.5 hours of labor + whatever the radiator costs. It all depends
What type of coolant you use
Green or orange 50/50

@@jimmywu12345 yeah pink/red is actually what Toyota recommends, but any 50/50 will do! 👍🏼
