i like all your guests. May I suggest a possible guest for your next video: Juan Carlos Zuleta. I belive that Mr. Zuleta will be a very intersting guest on your podcast. What are your thoughts?
We’re told repeatedly it’s a fools game to predict share prices, tops, bottoms, recessions so I expect the same with Lithium and commodities price forecasts. Some will be right, but as recent history shows, not necessarily for the right reason.
Howard you i both picked the hole in Daisy story early. 3 years at $1000 spod. No incentive here for new spod let alone existing operations. Can't they model scenario's with key drivers variables. No left field sensitivity analysis such as changes in interest rates as a driver for demand. 1^% rate decline yearly for 3 years .....hopeless
previously benchmark was way too high on their Li price estimates and now way to low. Howard, please grill the guest speakers on their understanding of lithium-spodume-Brine-Hydroxide-Carbonate cost model at various output levels. Ask them to talk to assumed operator profit margins directly and indirectly through the supply chain in determining bottom-baseline line Li price cost recovery-plus profit margin. I think it was Matt Fernley who put forth some high-level thoughts on cost modeling - Respect to Matt.
I feel like there are a lot more catalysts that can surprise demand to the upside than the downside. And as Daisy said, that could quickly eat through any excess supply, even if it's not their base case.
How about lithium from lepidolite. No talk about it. Why, it's puzzling. Just the spodumine, even while mentioning Africa. Lepidolite covers a really huge portion of battery lithium sources for Chinese.
@RockStockChannel yes she did mention mica, thank you for your point, a great interview. The West has the new proven at pilot and scaled up demonstration plant runs tech from Australia to extract lithium from mica including various by-products without any waist. This is the great founding. LOH-Max and L-MAX it's called. Apparently, they make better lithium crystals for new batteries.
Your guest not telling us anything that we should already know if researching before investing. European Metals Holdings pricing at $17K in their PFS is most probably very realistic.
They were wrong in 2022 they were too low and was wrong again on the high side in 2023 Only Goldman and JPM was correct in the last three years in spot price trajectory.
Oi big fella, I don’t remember anyone asking for your opinion. This is the third video on this channel I’ve seen you flapping your gums complaining about something ridiculous. Why don’t you and your one subscriber bugger off for a hot minute 👍🏻

Thanx for your suggestion. Will consider
Am I the only one who is not entirely convinced by the logic explained in the answers to support the price forecast?
Very sensible analysis

You’re not the only one.
Not much logic and just non-committal with no scenario analysis

@@raceyamates5435 thanks for suggestion. Matt’s great.
Yeah, some illogic I sense in the ‘base care’

Paul Graves next week?

she mentioned "mica" which is lepidolite

Still good to hear her point of view though.

Good content though.
Howard/Rodney, you shouldn't put a heart on my comment, i'm (hopefully) giving constructive criticism on your guest.

Good guess. We shall see…

Good guess!
I am sorry, but had to stop listening to your guest today. The constant stuttering and 'kind of' references are just unbearable.
Rather rude and mean spirited. Free video.. leave quietly. No need to make personal attacks.
