From the outside, the house looks very modern and pleasing to the eye. There are complaints inside. It is not clear why the doors have black trim inside and the windows have white trim. On the outside, the platbands are black everywhere. For that kind of money, the kitchen still has the same ugly cabinets as in houses for a third of that amount. All dressing rooms are located in the bathrooms - this requires additional ventilation to prevent mold from appearing. The price does not correspond to the quality.

You can definitely easily walk into open houses & model homes. They are all over and very welcoming!
