watching her cry breaks my heart, the pressure she constantly faces is unimaginable to me and too top it off she's still young, I hope she takes time to recover both mentally and physically since we her fans will love her no matter what
She took it too hard on herself for not being perfect and yet, she is very good. It is just the level of competition and the stress they go through. I really like her skating, she is quite professional and elegant. 💖
Aleona Kostornaya is a Super figure skater with the best ice gliding and the skates possession. She is and has always been the best of all Russian skaters...

Одна из трёх действующих рекордсменок мира по баллам за КП, ПП, сумма, юниоры, взрослые.
Aliona has me confused lately. I don’t know if her mind is just not focused. She seems kind of preoccupied. This is just my speculation of course. Her consistency appears to have dwindled some. Maybe it’s because under Plishanko (pardon the spelling) she’s having to relearn her technique..,? Again just my opinion
@@matthildamilito5962 You stated that really well! I was a figure skater for 11 years and it does get tiring being at the rink 6 and 7 days a week. And if it wasn’t for my coaches steady hand and my grandparents continuous push I would’ve slacked off too given I had the “freedom”. But her dedication to get her jumps back needs to come from within. I was REALLY hoping that switching from Eteri would have opened up doors and propelled Aliona far into a successful career. I dont agree with Eteris coaching techniques. I don’t think she creates athletes and careers that will keep the skater healthy and in it for the long haul. The proof is shown, off the top of my head, with Evgenia, Alina, and Yulia. When these beautiful young skaters hit puberty, around the age of 17/18, things begin to fall apart. As if an alarm rings, after a season or two, the jumps begin to go, their speed slows and technical accuracy wains. A good coach, with proper teachings, wants to see their skater go on for many seasons. Eteri creates an environment of abuse. One example: Eteri uses body mass over muscle mass. Instead of properly building lean muscle mass to help the skater get up into the air, complete the rotations, and cushion the landing. She starves the girls down to their smallest weight possible to make it easier to get elevation to complete the jumps. This is a bad technique built on an even more deplorable idea. Sorry for the rant! I worry for Aliona, now more so that she is returning to Eteri.
@@lifeisnice000 I didn’t believe it either! But after watching some of @Paola La videos about Camp Eteri, it is pretty obvious that she has these girls engaged in unhealthy techniques. So please, do watch some of the videos and get back to me on the lying part.

As for you comment above: 1) her girls don't starve. The only girl who is ACTUALLY starving and likely has anorexia is Medvedeva, but she developed this condition under Orser. What an irony, huh. Has nothing to do with Eteri 2) your notion about girls having no muscles is ridiculous. Russian women are petite and slim. They don't have to be like American female skaters (bulky legs, muscled arms etc). Look at Korean girls. They are very thin as well. Because this is how genetics works. Same for Russian girls

She doesn’t have Anorexia please stop spreading this harmful rumour. Also Eteris students have spoken multiple times about the restrictions in her camp. Before the Olympics in 2014 Yulia Lipnitskaya lived off of powered nutritions which led to her developing Anorexia. At the 2018 Olympics Evgenia and Alina weren’t allowed to drink any water because they were told that any weight is bad. Dannil Gleikhenhaus talked about how Anna Shcherbakova only ate two shrimps at dinner and he preferred that.

А за Сашей она ходит, потому что у Саши есть возможность прыгнуть пять четверных и лучшая техника во всем штабе, да и скольжение и презентация программы у Саши очень хорошая, благодаря Плющенко. К сожалению Алёнка уже сдаёт. И Тутберидзе на Алёну насрать. За Валиевой ходит потому что на неё поставила федра и её будут тянуть до Олимпиады. Вот Усачеву почему тянут мне непонятно. Но на Олимпиаде я уверена не будет работать протекция. Валиевой если выставят её косяки за технику, то она хоть с двумя хоть тремя ультра-си не сможет набрать большое количество баллов и взять золото.
