Can You Move a TONAL Yourself | WE MADE A GYM!

- Hop on Google and type in the words 'can you move a TONAL yourself' and you might as well be asking if you can use hair dye to color your eyelashes. According to the powers that be, the answer is a resounding, NO! It's as though Tonal has the market on stud finding because the warnings are dire my friends - move your Tonal at your own risk. Is it safe to move your own Tonal? They say warranties go out the window and apparently, none of us are smart or handy enough these days to do it. Well, I'm an ornery person and while I'm too scared to dye my eyelashes with regular hair dye, I wasn't too scared to move our Tonal to a new location in our house and you can too!

Yes, I wanna know more about your healthy lifestyle. I love the sauna. I have problems with my central nervous system. I get really tight back muscles which cause nerve pain and the sauna as well as massage and specific essential oils really help. I'd also love to know how you have the energy to do all you do whilst in the throws of perimenopause? I find that I lose about two weeks of every month in winter at least due to low energy levels or not feeling well. It could just be my physiology is different to yours but maybe there's something in your health routine that I could take on board.

I think we need extra rest in the winter to restore our health and strength for all the hard work and long hours of spring, summer and fall.

Yes, please. Share your health journey. Don’t hate me, but I MISS lake effect snow! We lived right in the pocket of Lake Ontario and Lake Erie - they provided wonderful winters back in the day. Southern Maine is a dud. 😂
We didn't get the snow in Alberta, but we did fall into a massive Deep Freeze last weekend. Into the -40s Celsius with windchill into the -50's. An emergency alert went out on our cell phones Saturday night telling everyone to back off their power usage or we'd have power outages. Including telling EV owners NOT to charge their power sucking electric vehicles. And in that kind of weather it's deadly for furnaces to stop working. My parents have been lambing in this weather. Lots of baby lambs warming up in their back porch.
I love your Gym area! I think seeing your health routine in action would inspire others. I just put my cubii and weights into my Living Conservatory (My name for my Living Room/Conservatory). I have a very small apartment in an 1880 home so my activities have to share space.

I just made my gym prettier by moving some pretty mirrors in there. I also have my seeds and plants on racks against an unobtrusive wall. It feels so much nicer than a “gym.” I may need to add that bike 😊. Please do a fitness/health video. I know you can make it work PF style
Wow, that gym is great! Now if Joel could just figure out a way to hook that bike up to some big batteries, you could probably generate enough power to run the whole house...?

Also, if you have any tips on getting started with weight lifting as an adult that would be so helpful. I never know if following the weightlifting tips online is a recipe for injuries or a good idea.

Health routines please. I'm an "at home" girl because although I'm not a "germ freak"...I can't stand the odors in public gyms...I feel like I just walked into a giant petre dish!
Stay safe we had the biggest dump the house is covered like an igloo. I live on Mt Ashland right by the ski resort 6,000 elevation on 121 acres of Forrest and this happens every ear 😢❤
