Every time I read or listen to this story, I immediately think of Bebe Neuwirth being cast in this role...if a proper film or television series true to the book was ever made, that is.
@@Wooper160atThePond There was a planned version of the Raptor designed for the multirole mission, like the Hornet-hence F/A. It was cancelled around 2007-8 or so. Same issue with Land Warrior, which the Army killed in 2012.
Still a waste. Alot of fuel and munitions have to go into those things. Autocannons, especially on a unstablized moving platform wont be precise. By the sound of what Sinclair said in his chapters, anything that wasnt a gun or melee weapon was probably cut. Combine that with how yonkers describes artillery not even working, you can see that force multipliers like arty and helicopters were probably cut. I could be wrong but aircraft wouldnt be as effective in this kind of war since theyre so wasteful
A later chapter does mention that a lot of mothballed military hardware was brought out, but not against Zombies. They unboxed that stuff when dealing with the more violent territorial warlords like Black Hills.
She was such a badass
I think its funny she mentions X Wings in this since Mark Hamill was in the other chapter

This could be a movie
One of my favorite
F/a 22 you can tell this story is really dated
2006 to be exact. Kinda puts a few things into perspective
How? It’s still our #1 Air Superiority Fighter. The F-35 is classified as a multirole fighter.
@@Wooper160atThePond no the f/a terminology is the problem
@the O.D.S.T. spartan - still very enjoyable to a newbie to the audio. 👍 I ran out of zombie movies to watch and finding this most enjoyable.

You couldn’t get the Roy Elliot chapter up? Damn that’s a shame in my opinion it’s probably the best in the whole thing
What about helicopters?
