As a U.S. veteran, the fact that these wounded warriors' medical care is not _fully_ funded is absolutely appalling!
The technology presented is amazing and yet there is clearly more R&D needed on that front.

@0:32 oh che strano, non l'avevamo mica capito che l'Ucraina è usata come laboratorio per testare armi e biotecnologie! ::

In Ukraine disabled soldiers operate robots...Somebody needs to survey 30,000 official NOC occupations to calculate TAM, total addressable market, for $249 Nvidia robot brain, and Google 430,000 times training accelerator. Essentially, which "blue collar" functions within each blue collar vocation can be performed by robotics?

Neuralink will fix this, implant in the brain that controls the prosthetics, no need for better sensors then

Perhaps it's useful to observe Musks system over time, simply to see how/if the brain reacts somehow. Obviously the sensors can as well. Ultimately it's a matter of how impactful any potential long term adverse reactions could be in their respective locations.
For example, simply needing an indvelling catheter, over the yrs can result in reactions such as ulcers, and tumors in the bladder, where the catheter is located. It can be very painful, to the point of requiring a "stoma"/hole into the bladder, where the cather is relocated (to start slowly irritating there). On initial thought, I'd prefer sensors on muscles caused me problems long-term, over in my brain.
I'm extremely curious & hopeful about the neural link and applaud the bravery of those to test it.
