Stefania was awesome! But also props to obviously the dancers, but also the set workers and cameramem. Just one second delay from a cameraman or set worker would ruin the whole show. Great work for being so swift, I imagine it was probably stressful and tiring for them.
At the semi finals i wasn't paying attention to the tv for a bit and when i looked back just saw walking pants and that was the funniest shit it really made my night
Yeah. But he actually didn't forget it. He had to take of a green glove while not being able to see. So, he ended up taking off, both the green glove and the white one.
Props to the technical team. I hated how it looked, very tacky and tasteless BUT the technical team was wonderful in making it happen, which is something hard to do.

I think the biggest problem was that they didn’t utilise the graphics to their best ability. The moving city scape didn’t accentuate the tech they were using. If they had given proportions and a stable setting it would have look so much cooler. Think her jumping off a building or floating in a sea, or in space. Instead they didn’t trick our eye or give us something to be surprised by other than her floating.
Interesting, I have never seen something like this in eurovision before but I got anxious seeing all that action. Anyway, Stefania is very beautiful with an amazing voice, I like her a lot. Thank you for the video 😉
Indeed it was strange. I was only in one final (2018) and there was nothing like this. For me it was very very interesting seeing the backstage, all the things they do to not show when they are assembling the green scenaria, while she is looking at the camera facing back to the public

Nope, it is just a normal Eurovision song. There is nothing special about it and the staging is just awful. Greece must return to its own music instead of western generic pop music. The combination works much better like in 2005.
she would've been in top 5 if only she had a better stage presence. she seemed so wooden and awkward the whole performance tbh, sadly i couldn't really enjoy the song because of that

Wow, thank you for this. I was really fascinated to know how it worked. I think Sergey Lazarev did something similar with “You Are The Only One” a few years back. Both amazing songs and performances!
@@coruscantpt Yes, I did read something similar after I posted above. It seems that Sergey had a projection of some kind and Stefania had green screen. Unfortunately, I have never managed to find a decent clip of how Sergey's worked behind the scenes. Both were really creative performances.

Yeah they did have screens but obviously not in sight of the cameras, that would've ruined the entire thing. Anyway if I had been there I probably would've stared at the green screen only it looks so funny haha, and also just the dancers and everyone running around to make this work, it's just amazing! I'd watch the actual thing at home 🙃
A bit unfortunate that they didn't ate least give a little bit of the off camera parts of the background to show what was on camera with the special effects.

No. It was the lights from the other side of the arena and from the top that were lit
The stairs are simply painted green but have bright lights shining on them.

No. He used projections on a wall. Not the green screens like this one. I believe this was the first time ever to be used at eurovision
