Excellent rendition. Singing without accompanying instruments is a true test of the vocalist. Wonderful alapana, thanam, krithi, kalpana swarams. And bonus of the mangalam as well.
Not heard Aarabhi Raagam Aalaapanam done so beautifully in a long long time. Krithi about my darling at Attingal!!🙏💖💖💖.

PAAHI PARVVATHA NANDHINI"......in Aarabhi ragam, the wonderful kriti of maharaja Swathi Thirunal !!! I think I have listebed song rendered by Vishnudev Namboothiri and the maestro KVN in 2021. Of course, happy to listen it again by the the very good Vocalist Amruta .This sort of master-piece compositions of Maharaja Swati and all others have gone through the traditions set by doyens' cutchery circuits then and that is the base for Carnatic Music for ever,.from generation to generations. Not just present singers, but those who love music must listen recitals by legendary singers of the gone century.
Loved KVN's symphonic vinyasa.@.nata- vanchinrupalaka.. nata- vanchinrupalaka vamsha subhodaya ..that made good impetus for sworams that went on at higher notes extempored.. without raising tone but ensuring the layam intact prompting pakkavadyam to take up t he challenge.......was a feast.Here Amruta presented a beautiful rendition. She is so outstanding in her concerts and invariably present keenness to excel in concerts Reminded of the saying by the novelist n poet George Elliot - 'Life seems to go on without effort when I am filled with music!!!'
