      Thanks doc.Gabay sa Kalusugan..nuon na ang topic mo ay ung patola na matami din health benefits so now kumaksin na ako ng patula.. then itong palaya nman isang midium bowl and small amount of kanin lng.kc lola na ako 72 yrs but stil sa abroaf pa ako doc kc i am a vegs.lovers but in moderate kc ung lagi ang mga advices ng kagaya mo na mga kc ang over daw ay dangerous na / side effects...

    Totoo po doc yang sinasabi nyo tungkol sa ampalaya. Yan po ang aking vitamins for decades ji nu juice ko po sa juicer yan walang halong tubig at pag ininum ko (1/4 of a measuring cup lng in 1 day 3 x a week) right after eating my lunch feeling ko si Popeye the sailor man umiinum ng spinach. Pampalakas po at pampaganda!😊Thank you doc sa mga advices nyo!🙏🩷❤

    I really love bitter melon doc. “Bunga or dahon “ .That’s my number one na paborito. And hinahalo ko sa mongo beans ko pag nagluluto ako. And I put some squash & spinach then I put shrimps & other ingredients. And sometimes, I cook some ginisang eggs & shrimps. Kasi ako ay vegetarian.

    I love ampalaya salad, or with munggo either dahon or bunga, with egg, or with oyster sauce. So healthy ,I like it a little bitter kaya di ko pinipiga at binababad sa tubig and salt.

      Doc tanong kolang po ito po bang sakit ko na inpaysima at may paraan pang magamit kasi po buhat ng maoperahan ako sa vocalcord ko totaly po ay tinangal na ni doc pontejos sa manila doctor 4 years napo ang nakaraan may butas po ako sa leeg dito napo ako humihinga pero dnako nawala ang plema ko walanapo bang pagasang magamot ito baka po mapapayuhan nyo ako para gumaling itong inpaysima ko .     For me , the bitter , the better . I love AMPALAYA . Here in UK , we have Chinese bitter gourd and from India's very green and KARELA , short dark green has small wrinkles (very bitter) . . . For me , the best . 👌

    Good afternoon po, Dr. Gary Sy, meron po ako Ashma, salamat po at nabuksan ko ang computer ko at kayo ang nabungaran ko, salamat bibili ako ng ampalaya bukas kasi five months na po ang ubo ko at pumipito lalamunan ko. hingal Kakain ako di ko po kasi alam na very useful po pala sa ashma. Sasabihin ko rin po sa mga kapatid ko nandyan sa Mandaluyong ? labas di po sa loob, dalawa pala ang lugar na iya isang loob at isang labas sa Mand. Joke daw po iyun. Salamat !     Thank you po doc for sharing about all the benefits of ampalaya .Actually po I have experienced the benefits of it.And i am 59 yrs old.na nsa pre menopausal period.ngbleedjng aq after I eat amplaya for 3days dgdgn pa Ng okra at camote.buo2 dugo at marming lumabs na prang gripo.nacleasong po aw bigla.at Di aw tinigilan ng regla ko for 2 mos.di po aq natakot at mas Lalo pa aq ngstock sa freezer.ts ngaun prng nalinis ung matres q cgro un ung nstock na regla ko buo2 na di lumabas nang matagl. Pero umabot po sa punting bumagsak na Ang hemoglobin ko to 5% na anemic nq at naemergency po aq.pero dahil sinalinan aq ng 2 packs ng dugo naging 7% b4 aq lumabas Ng hospital at ngaun 9.3% na.nakatulong sakin ang amplaya dahil.nlaman na may tumor aq pero ung lumabas na maraming dugo at mga namuo consider ko un na nilusaw lng at nlbas Ng maplaya Ang marurumi Kong dugo.Dahil nagresearch aq before are nalaman ko nga pi ito ay medicinal at maraming sakit ang pinagaling.At na naniniwala.aq na nilabas Ng ampalaya ang mga toxins ko sa matres at sa.katwan.Kz po sa check ups po sakin wla aw kht anong sakit at healthy po aq Salamat Kay Lord🙏at pati uric acid sa ktwan ko pinagaling at nawala ang pananakit ng aking paa.sa ngaun nagpapagaling aq Ng bleeding ko Po pero drtso lng take ko ng mga herbal po.But c Lord po ang Great Physician.     Eine blendend ko po itong ampalaya at iniinom ko every morning with empty stomach 2 Table spoon with a glass of warm water...it's helps really to reduced my Cholesterol..👍100°/•....thank you po Dr.Gary Sy for more info..

    Hi Dr. G..Sy.
    You're the best Dr. That's why I preferred to go to Filipino Drs, because you are good. I wish I could go to Pinas every 3 months but it's imposible. It takes 10 hours plus by plane just to go over there. Besides from being a good Dr. You're the best chef, and comedian too. Oh, the best singer pa pala.

    Eto ang mga bumuhay sa dalawa kong anak na naratay para sa pasma at viruses galing sa computer
    Yung isa kong anak napasma hindi nakalakad sumuko sa sobrang sakit nang ulo
    Inisteam lang sa lagundi at hinilot ko yung ulo after nag suka ang lumabas sukang plema

    Marami pong Salamat po Dr. sa educasion na bigay mo sa pagkain ng mga prutas at gulay na iniiwasan ng marami dahil sa lasa. Gustong gusto ng pamilya namin ang ampalaya,lalo na ang dahon'(talbos) na maraming paggamitang luto. Ang bunga ng ampalayang ligaw, napakasarap na mapakbet, na kinukulang sa pamilya ang half ganta mahirap nga lng istimahin dahil binibiyak isa-isa at tinatanggalan ng buto. Pero busog na busog ang lahat pati mga batang maliliit.
