Yan po ang aking vitamins for decades ji nu juice ko po sa juicer yan walang halong tubig at pag ininum ko (1/4 of a measuring cup lng in 1 day 3 x a week) right after eating my lunch feeling ko si Popeye the sailor man umiinum ng spinach. I love ampalaya salad, or with munggo either dahon or bunga, with egg, or with oyster sauce. So healthy ,I like it a little bitter kaya di ko pinipiga at binababad sa tubig and salt. I really love bitter melon doc. “Bunga or dahon “ .That’s my number one na paborito. And hinahalo ko sa mongo beans ko pag nagluluto ako. And I put some squash & spinach then I put shrimps & other ingredients. And sometimes, I cook some ginisang eggs & shrimps. Kasi ako ay vegetarian.

Dr. Sy, not "kapaklaan" it is "kapaitan". Thank you I have learned a lot from your explanation about bitter gourd. It is one of my favorite and I prefer the bitter one. One of my favorite recipe from my mother's list of recipe are, ginataang ampalaya with shrimp and ampalaya with eggs. Thank you for an interesting knowledge about bitter gourd. You're the best Dr. That's why I preferred to go to Filipino Drs, because you are good. I wish I could go to Pinas every 3 months but it's imposible. It takes 10 hours plus by plane just to go over there. Besides from being a good Dr. You're the best chef, and comedian too. Oh, the best singer pa pala.
