As soon as Microwakeword (used by both Respeaker and PE) will get support for custom wake words. So far it's almost impossible...

Hey guys. You have to solder USR and MUTE buttons to their pins (D2/D3) on Respeaker board. It will stop blinking and turn on support for the button. :)
