I only recently found out that an over polished edge doesn’t perform as well and always used to wonder why my knife lost that bite once I went past 1000 grit 😂
This explains why my paper thin kukris are not razor sharp I only used course lol been trying to sharpen it with a black ceramic rod like what is going on??? Get sharp!!! 😅

600 grit properly deburred and lightly stropped get you that slicy bite
i guess when i tagged you to submit a mirror edge a few months ago you heard me. Lapping paper, for that show off edge 😂 great stuff brother
