You should consider Botswana. Because of stability. Peaceful And good governing. The whole Africa lacks good quality healthcare only South africa have good private hospital. But south africa has it own problem crime and violence car jacking arm robberies kidnapping etc. So my solution is to live in Botswana and fly to south africa for healthcare needs.
