@@paperpauperplayer the deck is cool and all but for a dragon kindred deck nothing beats Ur o Miirym. Having a discount on all the dragons or copying them is objectively stronger, there isnt an argument here

Wow great approach to Dragon. I play Meren of clan nel toth. However never got here synergy correct and mana stall at mid game.
Meren is definitely not an easy commander to play! Have you considered Baba Lysaga?

Lozhan is the dragon to fuck, she burns everytime you slap one of those bad boys on the table which could let you close out a game and make people salty as fuck. And they just have to hold it cuz you're passive burn and they can use you to help ensure their own win

Im also newer to MTG, you said boros lands, how many do you recommend in general? Or just have red and white lands anyway
@@alexbaker2937 as many as possible that works for your budget. If you're on a budget, you can just play a 50/50 split of basics. But there's plenty of dual lands that are cheap to grab!
Since you have already entered the realm of EDH and your channel is called PaperPauperPlayer, why not enter the real of pEDH?
It is becoming popular and competitive. Imagine Mulldrifter as a commander that makes a player draw? Imagine how OP Third Path Iconoclast as a commander? Styr, Enchanter and so on...

That is a good one for sure. But have you considered, Dragons Approach?
would you not just need 14 dragon aproaches to win the game ?
Yes but
1. Density and consistency of seeing as many as possible. If you only played exactly 14, you'd have a significantly lower chance of seeing 14. And it would make Thrumming Stone much much worse
2. Sometimes you don't cast them, and discard them to faithless looting, cathartic reunion et cetera. So if you only had 14, and discarded 2 of them, you would no longer have a lethal amount of dragon approaches

Those are all great cards! Having some ETB additional damage dragons definitely aren't bad! Red Dragon may actually be sweet because he could just be an additional 8 or 12 damage with solphim or fiery out which could just kill someone in a pinch!
@@paperpauperplayer Feldon 3rd path could be rude. Get a red dragon in the yard. And he makes artifact copy of it. Including the etb effects.
Torbran as a alternative red damage pumper. I mean. Dragons approach for 3 (lightning bolt) with him becomes Lava Axes (5 damage)
