My daughter is letting me decorate her wedding. She is not 'crafty' at all,as she says she wants NO stress.Choosing the dress was hard enough. I LOVE crafting. Craft stores & dollar stores have all you NEED!! Glue & craft paints are your best friends. This video is a good example. Gorgeous!

Hi you did a great Job for your first wedding. Where are you located. You said you ran out of time for decorating. Next time find out if it is possible (if they don't have an event going the night before) for you to decorate the night before. I find that makes thibgs so much easier. It also gives the bride and groom time to do a walk through and see if they want any changes done.

Where did you host the wedding? the venue is lovely it reminds me of Bella and Edwards wedding from twilight which i loved minus her walking in heels in the woods. so i think the deck is a great middleground! hope you enjoyed the wedding much love xx

Hello what size cardboard boxes did you use for all 3 cupcake stand?
You know Marquitte.... I have no idea. But it probably was about the length of a yard stick and the next two boxes I wanted them just a little smaller than the bottom one so that it had enough space for a cupcake to sit. What I did was use two postal boxes for the bottom and taped the together. The free ones that are in the post office. I had some on hand from mailing some items. I think the other boxes I had from ordering items online. So try to collect all the boxes that you can and save them. I had them all in the corner until I was ready to play around with them. I hope that helps! I guess I should have did a DIY showing what I did. Thanks so much for watching! Oh I do have a talk through wedding video explaining what I used. Sorry so long!
I would love to know how you did the arch and the material you used. Very beautiful decor.
Hello Tonnie! I purchased it from Wal-Mart in the fabric department. The grooms family rented the arch and I don't have one of my own so I wouldn't be able to show it. But it was sooo simple. I cut the fabric length wise by folding it evenly in half and draped it along the sides of the arch and secured with plastic ties. I placed roses to cover the ties and You may want to cut the long piece. I also wanted to give it a draping affect. The chandelier was from Michaels I had already and just used like some fishing wire to attach it at the top. I also used Christmas lights first through out the arch and then added the fabric.
