Glad to know my ears wasn’t playing with me. I said it was midway up the filter. Video 3. I really wouldn’t mind playing along at home. I definitely will be trying to order this soon as I’m better.

Bending the chip pins under the chip might protect them from shorting out, a little better.

you can check renesas application note on lm13700 for a filter application, i think datasheet has some too.
