    I made these yesterday!! They were absolutely amazing and the texture was my favorite for cookies: crispy on the outside, kind of soft on the inside! Definitely subscribed :)

    겉은 바삭 바삭 속은 부드러움. 씹을수록 고소하고 적당히 단맛이 자꾸 먹고 싶어요^^

    Made these yesterday and they are delicious!! 😋❤️ Thank you for the recipe!🙏 I might try using a little less oil and replace it with either water or maybe a vegan egg next time.

    Oh my! This looks so delish! 🤩 Will definitely try this! One thing, can I use melted butter instead of the alternatives for coconut oil? If so, how many cups/g? Thanks! Haribol

    • @chefatulya
      @chefatulya  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Haribol! You can substitute 1 for 1 with melted butter. 😊🙏

    Can you just use all white flour instead of the almond?

    • @chefatulya
      @chefatulya  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can try but results will be a little different in taste and texture

    Can we use corn starch instead of tapioca starch? Or potato starch?

    • @chefatulya
      @chefatulya  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think it will work but haven’t tried it myself. Tapioca starch is always my go to.

      Or maybe substitute for an flax egg? Since its to bind it together? Love these gonna try them tonight ❤

    Hi can we use any gluten free flour in place of all purpose flour and if yes how much?

    • @chefatulya
      @chefatulya  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! I would have to retest & reformulate this recipe for the gluten free version.

    I've never tried Matcha. Is the powder the same as used for making tea ?

    • @chefatulya
      @chefatulya  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use ceremonial grade for tea but it’s very expensive. I use Sencha matcha from Costco for baking because it’s the most cost efficient
