Once I hit "Run mail merge", immediately it says no valid email recipient specified. I've used mail merge countless times before and have never run into this issue. Any tips on what I'm doing wrong?

I don't want to send emails to customer's email. I want to send emails to my sales person associated with the particular lead. Please suggest, how can I schedule emails to sales team based on target dates.

Is there a way when composing the email draft that you could put first name and business name so if on the spreadsheet I have a business name but not a first name it would put the business name?
When a row says "MAIL SENT" (in the Mail Merge Status column), the row is not automatically skipped for me. Those people would still receive an email even though I have already contacted them. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't want to make a new spreadsheet every time :(

Let's say I run mail merge and out of 100 emails 30 of them the email was invalid/didn't work. I contact the client and re-enter and fix their email. How do I send emails to just those 30 emails that didn't work? They are in the list of 100 do I have to delete the other 70? Also, what is the best way to ask questions and get support? Thank you for your time.
like he explained, to resend an email just delete the schedule mail merge status, and in your case I would fix the emails and create another column with fix status so you only send to those you fixed email.
The configure mail merge option says it failed to connect with the google drive. It shows its a free trial version. Do we need to switch to the paid version to execute it.
Are you logged into multiple Google accounts in the same browser? Google add-ons may sometimes display an error when multiple accounts are authorized in the same browser session. Open Google Chrome, go to the menu and choose New Incognito Window. Here open the same Google Sheet and try again. Let me know if that resolves the issue?

Hi Amit, a super useful add-on this IS! Is it possible to operate it by shortcuts, key combinations, for example for the function "Select files from Computer" (just to avoid a lot of mouse work). Do you have a list of such? That would be excellent, please let me know. Many thanks!

It is nice, but $40 per year to use over 25 emails per day... also without the paid version, it writes Sent from Mail Merge on your email.. kindda defeats the purpose a bit..
Adding attachments for 300 people is just not viable with this method. It would be much better to be able to use a script to populate the attachment link eg : //path/reportcard.pdf. So the report cards would be generated per name into a specific folder with an app like InDesign. Then to send out the report cards I would like to specify the path to the folder and using a script just add the filename per report card.
