Living in a chaotic big city in North America, I misses the tranquility, sounds of birds/animals and nature of village life! The wholesome, baked breads looks so delicious!!
I don’t get the USA, even ur biggest cities are spread out like a large village, nothing chaotic about it.
This woman is so hard worker I admire her . And also you are my favorite .
I seen this type of oven in a different baking show or restaurant.. It's amazing how the dough get attached and not fall down. I wish you enlisted the ingredients as well but it looks tasty anyhow, thank for sharing your traditional baking! #2023 ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

I absolutely love the whole operation and method of the tandoori oven! Knowing me, if I were the one applying the dough to the inside wall of the oven , id probably drop the pillow and everything down into the oven, knocking everything over. I'm very prone to experiencing and being the cause of kitchen disasters. I'll leave you fine ladies to the bread making 😬😬😬

Hello Todd Burgess, That quantity of bread would last their family about 2 or 3 days.
Bread is a huge part of their daily diet. It's eaten at EVERY meal & as a mid-day snack, etc.
The same is true for the culture of their neighboring country of Turkey.

From doing a little research I learned that Gilan, Province of Iran is located South West of the Caspian Sea on a flat piece of land situated East of a large mountain range. Its also not far from Tehran which is located just Northward
