- "galiye mahi" is a local and authentic dish belonging to the south of Iran, which has a unique and different recipe!
This dish is cooked from our types of fish, especially small fish, "galiye mahi" is a very nutritious and healthy food because of the essential ingredients added to it; In the content of this dish, fish, vegetables and various spices are used; This food is one of the most delicious and different foods that you may try in your lifetime!
The necessary ingredients and how to prepare it are:
ingredients:
Fish
fenugreek
cilantro
flour
Bell pepper and pepper
garlic onion
How to prepare:
Chop greens, garlic and onion alternately and fry well in hot oil; Then we boil the mixture of these ingredients with pickled spices and water; After dipping the chopped fish in flour, we fry it in oil and pour it into the ingredients until it cooks well; After a while, we serve the food
