Yes this sounds really hopeful, fingers crossed the application process will be quicker and those issuing the visa will get it right
what's the url of this point-based system I can't see it on internet
Great info. I see the list says that the job offer is mandatory. Are the salary thresholds mandatory for people who fall under critical skills?
You are right, nonsensical rejection.
Thank you for your informative video and for the lovely link. I have a question. If a person has for example a job offer for Project Manager (which is on critical skills list) but they don't have a degree, do they get the general work visa?
From what I saw on the gazette, if you are on the critical skills list you have 100 points (all points) so you must be granted the visa.
@jumpscare1530 Project management in South Africa _ one must have qualifications and have registered with Project management/ construction management body. How would one get a visa for critical skills if they don't meet ALL requirements?
By mistakenly at airport officer declared me undesirable for 5 years.i appeal them in 10 working days and give the good cause. i have pending visa application and now status is changed for collect from vfx .now i recieved after 8 month email where immigrations they saying your case is forwarded we need to wait until case is finalized can anyone tell me please how much time DHA take for finalized the case when case is forwarded.i don't have any information about that.
Can you apply this visa as a first time applicant in south africa?? If u have a critical skills qualification.
