Clearing a clogged drain day after day, must be old hat by now. But it surely must make you feel good inside hearing the deep sighs of your customers as the stress for them is now over. It's a small feat by far, clearing a plugged toilet. But the act of clearing it so quickly, then hearing them bless you over something like this? That tells you how much it has really bothered them. To them, you are a hero. Keep up the great work!

That 2nd shower one was a pretty unique on in a sense where you had instead of a cap trap explosion....it was basically from removing the little shower grate and I was surprised to see so much flowing back up into it. That tool I think was the first time you showed on the channel....I think it's like a shower jet blast but with air I assume? Like an air plunger.
oh and that toilet tool, how many feet can you snake that to get around the C bend in the toilet?
I believe I've used it in a couple of videos already. Yes, just k Ike an air plunger, but on a more commercial/professional grade. As for the toilet, it goes all the way through, and some 😉

At 5:43 in the video… Very good job, using the “pig“/expanding bladder on that shower blockage! (I personally call them “blowfish“ or “puffer fish“)
Do not forget Donald that if you do call me, I will go to New York to meet you so you could see that Milwaukee backpack set up and it is just as strong as the Spartan that you lug around in tightly confined hallways and down the stairs going to basement and what not.

Question...is soap scum from laundry detergent and bar soap? Before watching your channel I had only heard of soap scum around the bathtub. I would like to let my brother and brother in law this and how to keep it from happening. If there is if not any suggestions?

Lol, power soap is the worst, but any kind of soap can build up in your drain, especially if the pitch is not correct. The best thing is regular maintenance.

What are those weird u-bend traps in the basements i see in your videos? Are they for gas retention?
Yes, they prevent methane gas, bugs, rats, etc. from coming back into the house.
