Culture: Enstoolment of Sekyeredumase Dabehene and Dabehemaa

Special traditional rites have been observed to officially outdoor the new Dabehene and Dabehemaa of Sekyeredumase Traditional Area of the Ashanti Kingdom in Ghana.
The colourful occasion brought together scores of dignitaries including chiefs, queens and the general public, to witness both the enstoolment and outdooring ceremonies of Nana Acheampong Tia I and Nana Serwaa Nyarko II as Dabehene and Dabehemaa respectively.
The role of Dabehene or Dabehemaa is by far an office dedicated to oversee the protocol activities of the Overlord or the Paramount Chief.
This video encompasses a summary of the historic event to officially outdoor Nana Dabehene and Dabehemaa to the good people of Sekyeredumase, Asanteman and Ghana as a whole.
