How to make a belt grinder

I tried to convert the bench grinder I got at the recycle shop into a belt grinder.
Powerful because the rotation torque is increased by the pulley.
Easy to use because the angle adjustment is easy
Because the aluminum welding machine does not have, all assembled with screws
