The highest quality of paper brings the most out of the color pencils, it does mean more high quality color pencils need high quality paper...
So simply, get high quality paper instead of high quality color pencils.

I love Dom's but I'm not satisfied coz the pencils are not enough pigmented ,dull ,vibrant and yes it's not it's fault but it's budget friendly .am waiting to work on prismacolours and cretacolours !!main criteria is I don't have money to afford 😂

It doesn't works on normal drawing paper it needs the grey toned paper to be seen

I usually use charcoal and graphite.I recently started colour pencils so for starter i used domes 60rs colours but I can't give depth and colour are not bright and white colour dosent works
You told that only needs colour pencil the colour pencil part I did it perfectly but after that for the details parts you used soo many tools which I don't have I just made it look ugly now and I wasted 2 hours drawings this and I did not even eat 😱😥😓😵😩
