Here is another amazing, delicious recipe done by my mother-in-law who has been perfecting this for years! It is perfectly cooked,....not burnt, not slimy and soft, sweet and tender. I have not done much editing to it as it is meant to be a COOK-WITH-ME type video where you can follow along while cooking. You have to try this!! It's sooo good! Enjoy!!
NOTE - COOK ON LOW HEAT THROUGHOUT (3.5 or 4.0).

15 - 20 Ochro / Okro / Okra / Bhindi / Ladies' fingers
5 cloves Garlic
1 large Onion
3 Pimento Peppers
