First Class does not include any insurance unfortunately. You would have to purchase separately. Priority mail does include insurance up to $100 I believe.

if you're planning on providing tracking (like I show from paypal), you can actually size the shipping label down while printing! I have done that a few times when using smaller bubble mailers. You can size it to 50% (or by trial and error until it fits) and it should still be scannable by USPS and everything! I typically tape my shipping labels to the package, no sticky label or sleeve or anything, hasn't been an issue! You can also just mark it as shipped all you have to do is write the customers address then mark as shipped. Will cost less than just shipping in a yellow bubble mailer.
What's the link to the shipping history page? When I try to find activity it only takes me to transactions that used Paypal as a money transfer, NOT the 'outside' paypal transactions.
Go to activity within your normal PayPal screen, and you should be able to see the payments to US postal service, which is what they charge when you create PayPal shipping labels

They email the shipping label with a link to it - you can get it by logging back into your paypal as well

Yes there is! That is a priority mail option, where you can choose small, medium, etc flat rate options!
