Agreed on all of these. I recently finished my own DIY project and hand digging the dirt and now finding a way to dispose of it are definitely tasks I didn’t foresee. Hard to fork over $500+ for renting the equipment and a dumpster but it is probably worth it if you are trying to save $$$.
THANKYOU FOR THIS INFO... I have been given some granite pavers that are all different sizes and thickness....not sure what to do in regards to a pattern for my backyard patio(although it was nice to get them for free it is very confusing too know how to place them)Any tips? many thanks
Oh I’d have to see them. If they’re different sizes I’d try to group them all by size and try to create a pattern rather than just trying to lay them as you pick them up. For the thickness part you would likely screed normally but need to level each one as you lay by adding material or taking away.
