- 中秋节到了，家庭活动一定要搞起来！今天梦然和凯特带着宝宝们，和凯特的爸爸妈妈一起庆祝中秋节。我们先享用了一顿美味的四川美食，真是够辣！然后我们一起尝试了三种不同的月饼，包括传统月饼、奶黄流沙月饼、冰皮月饼，大饱口福！宝宝们也非常满意。快来和我们一起庆祝中秋节吧！
Mid-Autumn Festival is here, and we need to have a celebration! Today we celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival with Kate’s parents! We first had a feast of authentic Sichuan food-nothing can beat the spicy dishes! We then tried three different kinds of mooncakes, including the traditional, the melting custard, and the snowy ones！ It was such a treat for all of us! Come and celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival with us!

Due to covid, its low key celebration. B4 covid, ppl would buy mooncake give friends, in-laws, 'out-laws', bosses, clients! Here in general is just eating eating eating!

@@thexucrews You can always add spicy sauce to the dishes if it’s not hot enough for you, but it’s very hard to change after dishes were done.

In spore moon cakes comes in mix nuts, durian besides the traditional one n with egg yoke.

There are many different varieties n flavors of mooncakes that l saw in many hotels in Spore n their chefs often introduced their own flavoured specialities besides the Traditional ones. Like pandan colored flavour, snowy white mooncakes n pink colored flavoured ones with different fillings! N yes, cant missed the durian flavoured ones too. Unfortunately, we could only find the Traditional ones in Kobe's small chinatown!
Enjoy watching your video, Mengran, its always so funny, uplifting n love your Parents-in-law n wife for being "adventurous" n liking chinese spicy food, especially your dad. Love the two cutest kids too. 🙏👍👏❤
Durians also come in different quality category. Example, Mow sang wang, Phoenix, etc (forgot name, cos hv not eaten durians for 2 years!) 🤭

冰皮月饼要放冰箱冷藏的，因为冰皮保质期很短，流沙月饼吃前微波炉叮20-30秒才有流沙的口感，一个来自广东人的建议！

I still like the traditional type of mooncake. Too bad my grandfather is not around anymore (he owned a bakery in Macao) . He makes good mooncakes but none of my uncles learn how to make them.
