FYI: materials like rayon and viscose are made of reconstituted cellulose, so they’re sort of… half-natural fabrics. The fibers are artificially extruded, but the material behaves more like cotton or linen than something like acrylic.
yes, which is exactly why I referred to them as “semi-synthetic” in this video which is the proper category for fabrics such as these. I’m simply trying to fill my closet with more fully natural fabrics like cotton and linen. thanks for watching!

Oh my gosh!!! That red mini...there is one at the goodwill by me with the exact same fabric, except it's like shorts with a skirt front overlap deal going on. It's adorable, but I think it's a kid size because it looks tiny. It's been there forever. And I'm also tall....it would be wayyyy to short on me. But I got super excited when you showed that one! 😂
That pink dress was beautiful. It reminds me of one of the lovely vintage prom dresses that Andie destroys to make that hideous dress at the end of Pretty in Pink.

I found a t-shirt with a row of cute little dinosaur silhouettes at Goodwill once. It was Shien, but from Goodwill, I could forgive it. It’s a perfectly good, cute, soft shirt!
I’m not opposed to buying certain brands secondhand, and a cute Dino tee is a great example of a good purchase for you! I just like to make sure it still fits with my wardrobe, is a quality piece, and I’ll wear it a ton and a lot of times SHEIN slips on the quality portion.
Anybody who isn't thrifting is missing out on some great bargains and saving money. You can come out of the store with things you could never afford in real life, and nobody is going to know where you got it from.

@ Definitely! The shirt was a cotton blend, but if it had been polyester or acrylic, I would have sadly turned it down.
I personally count rayon/ viscose as natural; made from wood pulp and NOT plastic - same as modal and bamboo 😉

Shein clothes have had toxic chemicals in their clothes in the past, so be careful.
