ABOUT CIERA PAYTON
Ciera Payton is an accomplished actress, entrepreneur, and philanthropist hailing from New Orleans.
While at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, she landed her first role as the female lead opposite Steven Seagal in the action feature Flight of Fury.
